Library Overview
DOC Library and information center have a vast collection of management books and journals. Apart from printed resources, the library is subscribing to an online database. The center is fully automated (Koha Software), and the resources are made available as electronic public access system (OPAC). Students also have access to the internet, CDROM information retrieval, and photocopying facilities.
Access to e-resources (online databases, online journal and e-books etc.) subscribed by the library is also available remotely to all the users (students, researchers and faculty members) through OpenAthens account. OpenAthens – Single Sign-on (SSO) is enable the users of the library to access e-resources remotely using their office 365-learner.manipal.edu/manipal.edu login credentials.
These information resources promote and advance teaching and learning, and also facilitates improved productivity and qualitative research. The library is fully air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi enabled. The library is kept under CCTV surveillance. Library e-resources can be browsed through the intranet portal http://muportal.
